Project Description: Architecture and interior design for a three-story, five-bedroom, eight bathroom waterfront residence which includes a large media room, wine cellar, and indoor pool. The house is located on a scenic site in an environmentally sensitive area; careful consideration was made for the site grading and building placement. A fully implemented Building Information Model was used for coordinating architectural and structural components, sophisticated multi-zoned heating and air conditioning, solar panels, site design, and for generating virtual 3D walkthroughs for the clients and consultants.
