Project Description: Broderick Architects worked in collaboration with the landscape architects at Cambium to re-vamp the backyard of this beautiful Madrona home. The brick from the existing shed was carefully salvaged for the new outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. A new, smaller shed was built alongside the outdoor kitchen. All of the landscaping and hardscaping in the yard was thoughtfully laid out to have an updated feel, but still connect with the more traditional style of the home. Other features of the remodel included a new seating area with a gas fire pit, and a new cedar deck with a trellis and outdoor curtains to define the outdoor dining area.
