Project Description: Broderick Architects worked with teachers, students and administrative staff to develop a functional and site appropriate structure to replace existing portable classrooms. The massing of the new STEM school defines a new courtyard that aligns with existing pedestrian circulation. The interior of the building provides unique spaces to foster personal interaction as well as state-of-the art laboratories.
